Erika Foster is an associate program officer. Her responsibilities include helping to advance focus area strategies through support of project intake, partner communications, targeted research and initiative development, and grant process management. She joined the organization in 2014.
Previously, Erika served as a default aversion supervisor on the Repayment Solutions team at Ascendium. In this role, she helped support and guide team members in developing their knowledge and skills to further their careers at Ascendium.
Raised in Wisconsin, she completed a Liberal Arts and Science degree and Project Management Certificate at Madison College.
