Angel Bowen is the administrative coordinator. Her responsibilities include supporting Ascendium’s memberships, conference engagements and several other grantmaking activities. She also provides administrative and project-based assistance to the vice president, director and other members of the Education Philanthropy leadership team. She joined the organization in 2017.
Prior to joining the Education Philanthropy team, Angel worked within the Repayment Solutions team at Ascendium. In this role, she worked with federal student loan borrowers to avoid default.
Angel was raised in Wisconsin. She completed a Project Management Certificate from Madison College.
