This toolkit was developed and field-tested by the University of Texas (UT) System and MDRC for use by higher education administrators, faculty, and other staff members who envision a more transfer-ready system for their learners. Its contents, which include a framework and activities used by cross-functional teams in the UT System Office, aim to support higher education administrators leading transfer improvement efforts in their departments, institutions, or systemwide.
