Jenny Parks is a Deputy Director. In this role, she oversees strategic grantmaking pipelines and supports program officers for the Connect and Align Systems strategy. She joined the organization in 2025.
Previously, Jenny served as Vice President of Policy and Research at the Midwestern Higher Education Compact. She has over a decade of experience leveraging innovative policy and practice to connect state and regional systems of postsecondary education and workforce training. She currently serves on the National Alliance for Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships’ research commission and is part of the College Student Basic Needs Network: Great Lakes community of practice.
Jenny earned a Master of Arts in educational policy studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an Ed.D. in higher education administration from Northeastern University.
